I am 100% certain this would have been already mentioned but I would love track switching pieces, like the one's used in Disney's Animal Kingdom For Expedition Everest. It would be amazing to have locked lift hills where the trains could reverse onto a different track! A similar system is also used in Alton Towers' 'Thirteen where the track drops big grin Would love things like this! But I know implementation would be really tricky. Would always make rides in RCT3 that did this, then I would cut the videos at certain points to make it seamless! Tivoli Scorpion?video=youtube;uHUFKw9L4cAI don't know how on earth you would actually build them in a game, but augmented reality tracked rides such as The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man or Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.
My idea for where an s&s screamin swing could go at Busch Gardens Tampa. This would be replacing the quarter-to-play remote control boat and truck racing games. They could put the queue behind it, allowing for fantastic views of Kumbas cobra roll.
Not specifically those themes of course, but a tracked ride with a visual component (possibly separate rides, one that makes use of entirely static, animatronic effects and/or 2D visuals and one that uses 3D glasses as well). Oh man, I haven't been on one of those for so many years! +1 vote for SnowJet.Also, I feel it is going to seem like a cheap copy of RCT3, but given it's the same dev, would dearly like to see real improvements on the water park features that Soaked!
Introduced (Aware that such a grand feature is unlikely to make the game's original release). Not because I want to gawk at high-res bikini-clad peeps, but because there were so many facets of the water-park genre that Soaked! Left unexplored, IMO. Left unexplored, IMO. Okay again i'm guessing you lovely lot have already mentioned it, but I would love interactive track rides to be a part of Planet Coaster! Imagine not only if you could ride the rides, but could shoot at targets almost like a minigame, even have point counters as you would on real rides. Some I can think of are Toy Story Mania, Buzz lightyear space ranger spin (both Disney) Duel (Alton Towers), i'm sure there are many more.
Found a really crude attempt I had at making one in RCT3 haha. The things we had to do back in the day! Hey what if the roller coaster flies off the track? tongueAs far as I know it's a -really- strong cable. I imagine it's checked regularly too. The park where I rode it never had an issue with the cable breaking.
(That park isn't here anymore though, thanks to Hurricane Katrina ugh)But yes it was really scary, especially once you got to the top! Once you get up there you have to pull the cord to drop, then you are literally free-falling for a few seconds. Once it catches you though it's so cool! It's like you're flying! It's great for the adrenaline junkies. Hey what if the roller coaster flies off the track?
